Accreditations with contact tracking at the Ski World Cup 2021
In 2021, four races of the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup took place in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria. The accreditation specialist cards-x was once again involved in these races this year.
As a regional partner for the World Cup, cards-x supplies the accreditation cards for employees, athletes and media representatives.
The 1500 people were recorded and managed at two accreditation bodies and the cards were issued directly on site. The ECP-D event card printer, specially developed for events, was used for personalization in order to apply photos, names, QR codes and access areas to the preprinted, oversized plastic cards (124 x 85.60 mm).
For contact tracking, the cards were scanned in using the QR code at several stations using our scanner systems. If there had been a positive Corona report, we would have been able to use our system to inform everyone who was near the person.

Hamburg European Open 2020
The biggest tennis tournament since the Corona break !!!
Thanks to the hygiene concept that was developed by the organizer for the Hamburg European Open 2020, up to 2,300 spectators per day were able to watch the games on the Center Court in Hamburg.
the Hamburg European Open are the oldest tennis tournament in Germany - and one of the most traditional tennis events in the world.
As a long-term partner of the Hamburg European Open, we have again delivered the equipment and the cards for the accreditation this year. A total of around 1200 cards in the format 124 x 85.60 mm were personalized on site using our event card printer.
Matica MC310 DTC Printer
